When and where is the 2007 Users Conference for
CDM+, CDM+ Regional and DonorWorks?
This year’s annual conference for users of CDM+, CDM+ Regional and
DonorWorks is at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort in Lexington, Kentucky
on Monday, June 11 through Wednesday, June 13, 2007. Registration is 8:00-8:30
AM ET Monday, 6/11/07. The conference ends at 2:45 PM ET on 6/13/07.
What does the 2007 conference registration fee
include?
Your registration fee includes two-and-a-half days of classes,
access to support technicians and programmers in the computer lab
for some one-on-one help, training materials to keep as important resources,
continental breakfast, lunch and break refreshments each day, and conference
favors and mementos. Your fee also includes a Tuesday evening reception
to celebrate Suran Systems' 20th year. There'll be birthday cake, party
favors and lots of laughs. Our main social event this year, Old
Kentucky Night, is optional and not
included in the conference fee, but it's a real bargain for a delicious
dinner and an entire evening of entertainment and down-home fun. Check

What if I can’t come for the
entire conference? Can I attend just one day or selected classes?

How much will the rooms at the Marriott Griffin Gate cost?
We’ve negotiated special pricing for conference attendees at the
convention hotel. The rate of $119/night is for single, double, triple
or quad occupancy and includes a FREE shuttle between Blue Grass Airport
and the hotel and FREE self-parking. The rate is also good three days before
and three days after the conference so that you (or you and your family)
can come early or stay late and enjoy a mini vacation in the Bluegrass
at the area's only resort hotel. After May 21st, call 1-800-557-8726 to
find out if the conference rate is still available.
Do I make my room reservation through Suran
Systems?
No, you need to make your reservation directly with the hotel. The easiest
way to do this and get the conference rate is to click on the
"Register at the Marriott" link at the
left.

Yes, the Marriott Griffin Gate provides a FREE shuttle to and from
Lexington's Blue Grass Airport.

What about parking?
Self-parking at the Marriott Griffin Gate is FREE for overnight guests.
What if I have to cancel? Do I get a refund of the registration
fee?
Registrations cancelled prior to May 28, 2007 will be refunded in full.
If you cancel May 28-June 6, 2007, we will refund all but $100 of your
registration fee. No refunds are given for cancellations received after
June 6, 2007. If you are unable to attend the conference and someone else
from your office is coming in your place, please let us know as soon as
possible.
