Suran Systems, Inc. seeks a receptionist for receiving and routing calls and support requests. The bulk of incoming calls and requests are for technical support for our software products, although the receptionist may also receive and route calls for other departments. The receptionist is not expected to provide technical support for our software products, but will become familiar with the basic terms of our products so they can effectively communicate the client’s needs to the support team.
Between calls, the receptionist will perform software record updates to synchronize client data between systems, send periodic notices to clients, and perform additional light duties. Training will be provided on all tasks.

Existing experience in a call center or receptionist position is not required, but will be valuable.
Applicants will work remotely and will be provided equipment. This position is targeted at 30 hours/week of work, but is negotiable to more hours. Benefits and pay are negotiable based on experience and work hours.
Scheduled time off is not available during our peak call season of January except in emergency situations.
